Here is a monthly chart of the DOW... We are at an interesting point in the market. Will the market rollover from here or push higher? The real question should be " does the market believe in this strength? I believe that the 10750 range is where I will short the market and look for a sizeable move to the downside... Of course I will wait patiently for confirmation of the setup... Hope it helps
