This weekly chart of the VIX may be telling us whats next for the market. While the RUSELL keeps testing support, the NASDAQ testing the downtrend, the S&P & DOW making new highs makes it very difficult to be bullish or bearish! For me based on this chart, I'm leaning towards the bearish camp. Hope this helps
